Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with FMJ. Please review our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Processing & Shipping Time

All orders are processed and shipped within 2–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and carrier delays beyond our control.

Order Cancellations & Refunds

If you place an order and request to cancel after the order has already shipped, the following applies:

  • You must return the product to us.

  • The item must be received by us before any refund is processed.

  • Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been inspected and approved.

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

We do not process refunds for orders that have shipped until the product is returned and received.

Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is damaged during shipping:

  • You must contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the damaged item

  • Include your order number in your message

Once this information is received and verified, we will arrange for a replacement product to be sent out.
